What Emmy and I see at night

Emmy needs to be walked 3-4 times/day for 15-20 minutes.  So far, it's working OK, other than the fact that it's 65 stairs (we're on the 4th floor) up to the apartment...  I'm wondering how this will work once the weather gets colder.

Maxine and I have a deal that mostly she does the morning walks and I do the night ones after we get back from dinner (typically 11-12 at night).  There are a variety of walks we can take in the neighborhood.  Here are 2 pictures of the walk I like most at night.  This is from the same evening...
